Important Training Update

Hi all, this is an important training update and something we have covered several times in the past. Do not use duct tape when doing duck searches at Lake Success. This type tape will not come off over time. We have had complaints in the past from people outside our group who have seen ducks swimming in Lake Success several days after a training day with duct tape still on them. This could easily result in bad publicity for the chapter, or worse, loss of our permits. Duct tape is duct tape regardless of the color; it does not come off easily. There are other tapes available that will hold well enough for our training purposes but will eventually come off. Use those type tapes instead. Also, if you are putting dead ducks out or using marker ribbons, please remember to pick them up at th end of your training sessions.
