NAVHDA Test

The Del-Val Chapter will hold a Spring & Fall Test.
The Spring Test is June 21st and 22nd, 2008
The Fall Test is September 20th & 21st, 2008

The spring and fall tests will both include Natural Ability, UPT and Utility tests. The Sunday Spring test will be NA only.

2008 test fees will be $80.00 for Natural Ability, $95.00 for UPT, and $100.00 for Utility.

Testing slots are becoming more limited at all NAVHDA tests. If you sign up for a test and need to cancel, do so as far in advance as possible so someone else has a chance to enter. Our refund policy is that if you drop out eleven or more days prior to the test date you will receive your refund if your spot is filled. If you drop out within ten days of the test date, you will not get a refund regardless of whether or not your spot is filled.

Keep in mind that a completed Test Entry is required prior to your being admitted to the test. If your entry is not complete, you will not be allowed to test and you may forfeit your test entry fee. A complete test entry includes:

• Dog’s NAVHDA Registration Number
• Your NAVHDA Member Number (located on first line of your VHD magazine label)
• Clear copy of DNA certification (optional)
• Clear copy of hip dysplasia information (optional)
• Test entry fee
